Fixing Import & Formatting Issues

Sometimes formatting from .docx doesn’t translate perfectly. No worries, here’s how to fix it.

Steps:

  1. Go to Stories → [Your Story] → Chapters.

  2. Use the Split, Merge, or Reorder tools to clean up chapters.

  3. Preview your story to confirm changes.

  4. If issues persist, contact support with your DOCX file and the page number that looks off.
